Overview

Maritime decarbonisation platform pairing condition-based maintenance (CBM) for higher engine uptime with digital MRV (dMRV) that quantifies fleet CO₂ and Carbon Intensity in real time.

As Chief Product Officer, led cross-functional teams through pandemic constraints to build a SaaS platform that digitalises maritime assets for decarbonisation. Real-time telemetry from 20MW vessel engines feeds two linked outcomes: condition-based maintenance (CBM) that anticipates faults to raise availability and cut unplanned downtime, and digital MRV (dMRV) that turns the same operational data into auditable CO₂ and Carbon Intensity Index (CII) reporting for fleet managers. A dual mixed-reality and VR digital twin enables remote parameter inspection and field-operator training, and design-thinking methods solved integration with legacy equipment under limited bandwidth and connectivity. The platform reframes emissions monitoring as an operational lever: better-maintained engines run more efficiently and emit less, closing the loop between maintenance, fuel efficiency and carbon performance.
